Learning Technologies Analyst

Responsibilities: 

  

  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform the design and development of online educational materials and programs.
  • Manage and optimize the use of learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research questions and design studies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in learning technology and instructional design.

  

Requirements:

  

  • Bachelor’s  or Master’s degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, or a      related field.
  • Proven experience in research and data analysis within an educational context.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and eLearning development software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

eLearning Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging eLearning modules and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize instructional design models to create effective learning experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing eLearning materials.

  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating eLearning content and familiarity with eLearning development tools.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning  theories.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Learning and Development (L&D) Strategist

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the organization's learning and development landscape.
  • Conduct needs analysis to align learning functions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute effective L&D programs.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a      related field.
  • Extensive experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis related to L&D metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
